People featured in this section are NOT ON DRUGS. Well not to my knowledge anyway :) Its just a section full of mostly drunk drinking, or hung over people. If you take an objective look you'll discover that drinking can lead to great times, awesome memories, filthy "day after party" apartments, smashed cars etc etc.
